F.A.Q
GOLF
Can we bring our own water and snacks?
Fortunately for everyone, we have a large onsite kitchen that offers food and beverages, as well as a water station to refill water bottles. You are welcome to bring what you need during play but we ask all outside alcohol and large platters of food remain offsite.
How long does it take to play golf at Centennial Park Golf Centre?
9 Holes takes approximately one and a half hours, and 18 Holes takes around three. We have marshalls on site to enforce the pace of play.

Can we book a shotgun start so everyone finishes at the same time?
To accommodate a shotgun start, we would ask for a premium price to close down the course. Furthermore, there will be a maximum number of golfers we can accommodate.

Can we rent golf clubs for our event?
We do rent both left and right-handed clubs for events and tournaments. However, we only have so many sets available. Please let us know approximately how many golfers will need to rent clubs on the day of your event, and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Can I request as many power carts as I need for my event?
During the week, Monday - Friday, our facility can set aside up to 20 power carts, which can seat up to 40 golfers. In the event you need more, you can arrange to have additional power carts brought on-site.

What happens if it rains on the day of my booking?
Events are expected to continue as planned so long as the golf course is open. In the event of a course closure due to weather, we will move your event to the next suitable date.

Is there a deposit required for corporate event bookings?
Yes. 50% of the cost of your event is due at the time of booking to reserve your date. The remaining 50% is due on the day of your event.

What's your cancellation policy?
Your booking coordinator needs your final numbers for players and rentals one week in advance of your booking. If there are any player cancellations to your booking with less than one week's notice, their green fee will be charged to your reservation.
Event cancellations at least 14 days prior are eligible for a full refund. Event cancellations within 13 days or less are eligible for a refund of 50% of the deposit.

Is there a parking lot on site, and is it free to park?
Yes! We have a large parking lot on-site, which is free to access for the day.

Can I book an event that includes golf for some, and mini putt for others?
Yes! Booking an event with both options is a great idea for your team! Extend your stay by reviewing the menu from the 19th Hole Grill, and we will work with your requests to plan the timing accordingly.

MINI PUTT
How long does it take to play a round of mini-putt?
The mini putt course is 18 Holes and takes approximately 45 - 60 minutes to complete.
Can I decorate picnic tables or bring signage for the Mini Putt area?
We have picnic benches that you and your event organizers are more than welcome to decorate, so feel encouraged to bring any decorations or signage you see fit. We kindly ask that you tidy everything up when you leave.

Can I bring a cake to celebrate my child's birthday?
You are more than welcome to bring your own cake or cupcakes for birthday events! If you need to store your dessert in the fridge while you play, kindly arrange that ahead of time.

Can we have access to the entire mini-putt area, or will there be other groups playing around us?
We have hourly rates to rent out the entire mini-putt area, plus a set-up fee to block times ahead of your group's arrival to ensure the space is clear for your event.

If I want to book a large group, can you offer a shotgun start?
For large groups, we do offer a shotgun option, meaning the players in the tournament will begin playing at the same time, but from different places on the course, allowing everyone to finish more or less together.

Is mini putt a good option for team-building events?
It sure is! Mention your request when booking with kayla@golfcpgc.com and she will share some fun and interesting ways you can move through the course.

Is there a deposit required for mini putt bookings, or do we pay on the day we play?
Yes. 50% of the cost of your booking is due at the time of booking to reserve your date. The remaining 50% is due on the day of your event.

Do we need to bring our own putter or golf balls?
The cost of mini putt includes a scorecard, golf ball, and putter. There's no need to have any equipment of your own to play, but if you would rather use your own things, you're welcome to! For large groups, putters may need to be shared.
